Terms of Use (Palio)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Palio (the “App”). The App is provided by Habib Yagiz Demir (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) The App

Palio is a personal budgeting and expense-tracking app. The App is for informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

2) Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with a parent/guardian’s permission.

3) License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

4) Your data and responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter into the App (including transaction amounts, dates, categories, and notes). You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

5) Purchases and subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases and/or subscriptions.

• Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms.
• Prices, billing periods, trials, renewals, and cancellation are managed through your App Store account.

We may use third-party services to present paywalls and verify subscription status.

6) Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its related services.
• Use the App to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

7) Third-party services

The App may integrate third-party services (for example, Apple services such as iCloud/CloudKit and App Store purchases, paywall/subscription services, and analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

8) Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP.

10) Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
